A 50% deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
This deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before your booking. If not received, we will assume you no longer wish to attend, and the appointment may be released.
For appointments over $500, the 50% deposit is required upfront.
As a hair studio, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our team. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
• If no deposit was paid, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will apply.
• Rescheduled appointments within 48 hours will require a new deposit.
We truly appreciate your understanding, missed appointments mean lost time and income for our small team.
If you miss your appointment without notice, this is considered a no-show.
• A 100% service fee will be charged.
• Future bookings will not be accepted until this fee is paid in full.
We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend.
To add a new FAQ follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Add a new question & answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish.
You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
If you’re running late, please give us a call. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or be marked as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Yes. To add media follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon
4. Add media from your library and save.
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
A 1.54% card surcharge applies to all payments made via card.
You are welcome to pay with cash to avoid this fee.
